What information do you need to quote a replacement?
Your vehicle's year, make and model, which window is broken (driver or passenger side, front or rear door) and your ZIP code. We'll follow up for anything else.
My window won't go up or down. Is that the glass?
It may be the window regulator rather than the glass. Microchip Auto Glass also repairs and replaces window regulators, including damaged cables and malfunctioning motors. Mention it in your quote request.
What should I do until the window is replaced?
Remove valuables from the vehicle, cover the opening to keep rain out, and close the door gently. Pieces of broken glass often remain inside the door and can shift when it's slammed.
